Josiah Rosendahl was born in Indiana, but effectively raised in Moscow, Idaho. He went straight from college into banking, then into accounting, but finally found an outstanding fit with mortgage lending. Josiah has a relentlessly competitive personality, and his favorite part of the mortgage industry is the challenge of needing to cultivate both operational excellence as well as strong sales and people skills. Josiah enjoys the robust, family-oriented culture of Moscow, Idaho, and looks forward to adding value and confidence to other buyers in the community as well.
